At Be Still and Let Go, our mission is to provide high-quality therapy services to individuals who are experiencing emotional or psychological difficulties.

As a licensed clinician with lived experience, it is my passion to assist individuals in finding their true self and live free from the emotions that hold you down such as low self worth, depression, and anxiety. I value a warm yet direct approach that meets people where they are at. Therapy is never rushed, in my sessions I follow your energy.
Over my career I have found a special place in my heart for those with trauma and substance use. Although this is not the only population I work with, I have taken it upon myself to seek additional trainings in these areas. In addition to the license and certifications I hold, I am also EMDR trained through EMDRIA.
What is an LMSW?
I graduated with honors from Wayne State University in 2013 after completed the Master's of Clinical Social Work program. Since that time I have been in mental health treating mild to severe mental health disorders. I have passed the required state licensure exam and maintain continued education hours in my field of practice.

It's recognized by organizations like the International Certification & Reciprocity Consortium (IC&RC) and shows a commitment to expertise in substance use disorder treatment.
What is a CCS?
CCS stands for Certified Clinical Supervisor, a credential for professionals who supervise other addiction counselors, demonstrating competency in guiding staff and ensuring quality services in substance use disorder treatment. To earn it, candidates typically need an advanced degree, substantial experience, specific education in supervision, and must pass the IC&RC Clinical Supervisor exam, adhering to strict ethical standards.
